    Shipping/Returns

    GOLCONDA offers free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States and its territories. For local customers based in New York, pick-up is available at checkout at no additional charge. 

    We ship worldwide, within U.S. law, and charge a flat fee of $150 for each international shipment. All shipments are sent fully insured via FedEx.  GOLCONDA reserves the right to change shipping fees in its sole discretion. You are responsible for all applicable local taxes and fees, custom duties, import taxes and local clearance fees applicable for your country. (Shipping is currently not possible to any country that is, at the time of shipping, subject to US or international embargoes.) We do not ship any items restricted by law and international treaties including CITES.

    Shipments are sent from GOLCONDA on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping.  Rush orders may be facilitated on an individual basis. An adult signature is required upon delivery. International orders can be shipped only to the billing address matching the credit card or banking information that is used by the buyer.

    We accept returns and provide prompt reimbursement upon receipt of the jewelry in conditions meeting the requirements below.

    Should you purchase anything from us that you wish to return, please notify us within 2 days of receipt to make return arrangements and follow our required procedures. Please contact us at reema@golcondajewelry.com or via phone at 212-575-0188 to arrange return of your order. Customers must contact us prior to shipping returns so we may approve the reason for the return, and then issue a shipping label and packing instructions. All returns must be received by us within 7 days of original receipt. A full refund will be issued in the same manner in which you paid. The refund amount will be the purchase price less any transaction fees – namely credit card fees and return shipping charges. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be returned to us in exactly the same excellent condition in which it was provided, including all branded packaging, to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return when our requirements are not met.

    If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

    Product Information

    All jewelry and accessories are made in-house by our team. 

    The diamond industry has in the past been associated with conflict and exploitation, the industry has taken a number of pro-active steps to combat this, most notably in the form of the Kimberley Process (which certifies that diamonds originate from conflict free zones). Through our procurement and polishing division we are subject to rigorous requirements which set out the detailed standards that our procurement and polishing division is required to adhere to in order to maintain its status. Among other requirements there is a focus on supply chain management, provenance claims, child and forced labour and ethical standards generally. 

    For all repair inquiries, please email us. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote.

    All repairs will be complete within 2 months of when we receive them.

    Many of our rings can be sized to suit any finger unless specifically stated in the item’s description. The first ring sizing is complimentary for items over $5000, unless the item needs to be significantly sized up.  Additional sizing will be charged according to its cost. Rings that have been sized are considered a final sale.

    We offer other alteration services for a fee, including earring post removal or addition, chain shortening, engraving and polishing. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific alterations.

    All jewelry that has been altered in any way, shape or form is a FINAL SALE.
